  The service is quick and the people taking our order were friendly and helpful. The rewards program got changed so we were unsure about status. The woman taking our order took the time to help us out. It's nice to not feel as if we are just an order number and " move along please". Her assistance was much appreciated.

  A place of booming efficiency, but cold inside, both literally and some of the staff. I like Jennifer though. The short and young Jennifer with pink and blond hair had empathy and warmth in her exchange with me. And she smiled and gave me a perk when I asked for a small coffee with an inch of milk, and she said how about a grande so she could put more milk in for me. I watched her smile real and genuinely to other customers before I left. Wish I had a couple of bucks for a tip to give her for brightening my morning!

  So the previous visit my drink was made incorrect which is a rarity, but the store replaced my drink and the replacement was spot on. That's one of the things I like about Starbucks is that no matter the location, your drink should taste the same everywhere. The staff was overly apologetic about the error on first drink, but I feel more than made up for it by replacing it for free on my next visit. The staff were very friendly and wished me a good remainder of my day. I appreciate the positive atmosphere they create.

  I mostly order ahead and if by chance what I ordered is out of stock, I'm offered a second choice at no extra cost. The barristers are friendly!
